THE TAX AMNESTY PROGRAMME HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO MAY 1, 2024.

The Government of Saint Lucia is pleased to announce the extension of the Tax Amnesty Programme to May 01, 2024.

The Tax Amnesty Programme offers companies, business owners, employees, and property owners the opportunity to settle their tax arrears with 100 percent waiver on penalties, interest, and collection fees up to financial year 2021. Eligible taxes under this amnesty include Personal Income Tax, Corporate Tax, Property Tax, Value Added Tax, PAYE and Withholding Tax.

The Inland Revenue Department (IRD) encourages taxpayers to file all outstanding tax returns to determine their status before the Amnesty expires on May 1st, 2024. This will ensure that they maximize their benefit from the amnesty and ensure compliance with their tax obligations.

Taxpayers who at the expiration of this amnesty failed to take advantage of the amnesty will face a variety of enforcement actions.

IRD encourages taxpayers to utilize the email address amnesty@ird.gov.lc to request an appointment with an officer. Taxpayers can access their accounts and make payments via our e-filing portal or visit any IRD location.
